Crisis Strategy Consultation

What is a Crisis Strategy Consultant

Unlike business strategy consultants, we provide strategic advice on dealing with impending legal and financial crises that could endanger your business.   While we touch on the law, we do not provide legal advice; we deal with the practicalities.  We analyse relevant facts and circumstances to devise an appropriate strategy and assist you to re-position your business to better weather the situation.

The following are three typical scenarios your small business may find itself facing:

  1. a situation where your business organisation may face significant risks of financial distress or litigation and you are looking for advice on avoiding pitfalls;
    [For example, others in your line of business are being sued for breaching the same kind of sales contracts you issue and you want to avoid the same problems.]
  2. a situation where your business organisation is facing litigation or financial distress and you need pre-litigation advice to prepare for (or even avoid litigation);
    [For example, your lawyer just warned you that a business deal is going south and you might be sued for damages OR you have to re-trench financially to avoid bankruptcy.]
  3. your business organisation is already in litigation or financial distress.
    [For example, your business organisation is being sued for breach of contract OR an insolvency proceeding started against you.]

Obviously, the best time to seek our advice is when you first realise that you may be facing a potentially litigious situation.
